Why these Indian Universities are Fake

The University Grants Commission (UGC) is the Apex Body of Government for administration of University Education in India. All the Universities operating in India need accreditation from UGC for conduct of courses and award of certificates. There are mainly 3 Types of Universities in India; Central Universities, Deemed Universities, State Universities and Private Universities.
Any university of institution of higher learning which does not comply with the norms set by UGC for providing higher education may be restricted temporarily or permanently for conduct of courses and award of certificates. If you obtain a degree or certificate from a university which is not registered with UGC or whose registration is void for any reason, your certificate will not be hold as a valid document for pursuance of further education or to apply for job where a university degree is a norm.
