YES Bank makes changes in Campus Placement Proramme

The public-private partnership is essential in making education a success. Keeping in view the above fact YES Bank announced changes in its YES Professional Entrepreneurship Programme (YPEP). YPEP is YES Bank’s flagship campus placement programme for business school. The programme is revised now in the YPEP Accelerator keeping in view the changing needs of bank.

The bank also increased the number of espos. The banking organization will offer 20 different roles in functions like relationship management, product and strategic support functions. In past year, Banking and Trading were most preferred choices among students. However, during this year hiring of YES Bank students from different business schools also chosen for YES – Digital and Innovation; Corporate Strategy, Corporate Banking (Relationship Management), and Risk Management.

The bank has crossed the 65 per cent mark of its planned 100 students through a mix of PPOs, lateral and final placements.
