Job search made easy with Google now

Google is planning to tap the untapped market,  i.e. Job search.  Linkedin,  to be true focus on head hunting.  It cares much for employers and marketers than candidates.  However, Google is going to take one step forward and it's a great leap.

In a move,  now salary offered by employers will appear in search results.  If employers wants visibility and talent they have to disclose salary. The step will make job search easy. One can decide without truly going on a job board whether to apply or let it pass.

On job sites, many employers do not disclose salary,  they discuss it after taking you through all interview phases.  Disgusting, isn't it??

But now with the help of Google you can place your application to companies those meets your salary standards in just few easy steps.

Google local is still untapped,  and buzz is that  Google will put forward full use of Google local for the purpose.  Using Google local you can best check an available job near you and that suits your salary requirements.  Not only this,  Google will provide you direct links from its search pages to apply directly on job sites like monster.com etc.

To me looks like., now when someone will ask you,  is there any job., you will answer,  Google it.
