The Indian Institute of Management Amritsar / IIM Amritsar, is the 15th addition in the IIM family. The institute was set in 2015 by MHRD, Government of India. IIM Kozhikode is the mentor IIM to IIM Amritsar. First intake of students for year 2015-17 has taken in 2015 and 44 students received degree certificates. All the students received job offers in the final placement in 2017. In fact, there were 50 job offers in total. The IIM Amritsar offers Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM) on the basis of score in CAT, academic records and personality test.

IIM Amritsar
The Indian Institute of Management Amritsar established in 2015 is newest edition in the IIM Business Schools category in India. The IIM Kozhikode is mentor institute to IIM Amritsar. At present educational activities are administered through temporary campus located at Punjab Institute of Technology, Government Polytechnic Compound. The institute offers flagship PGP i.e. Post Graduate Programme in Management.
