Eligibility:
(1) Candidate must be born on or before 31st Dec.1992,

(2) Candidate must have passed HSC [10+2 or equivalent] with Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English with 50% for open category & 40% for reserved categories.

(3) Candidates appearing for HSC (10+2) / equivalent examination in March 2009 are also eligible to appear for Asso CET - 2009, however, the candidate must fulfill the eligibility conditions.
Application procedure:
Application forms and information brochure will be available at all Private Medical and Dental Colleges and other notified centers displayed on website: www.amupmdc.org from 1st March 2009 to 10th April 2009 on payment of Rs.500/- by DD. Application forms will also be available from AMUPMDC office by post with additional DD of Rs.200/- for postal charges.

Application Forms will also be available from selected centres of Punjab National Bank displayed on web site on Payment of Rs 500/- in Cash. Fee for Examination is Rs. 1,500/- payable by DD. in favour of ‘AMUPMDC" payable at Mumbai.

All the Member Medical Colleges of The Association are affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik and approved by Medical Council of India, Dental Colleges by Dental Council of India & other Health Science Colleges by their respective Central Councils.
Examination Centers
Asso CET-2009 will be conducted at 18 centres in Maharashtra (viz. Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Nashik, Dhule, Jalgaon, Ahmednagar, Sangli, Kolhapur, Solapur, Aurangabad, Latur, Nanded, Parbhani, Akola Amravati and Nagpur) and 11 Centres outside Maharashtra state (viz. Delhi, Noida, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Kota, Indore, Bhopal, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kolkata).
Examination Pattern
• Asso-CET-2009 will consist of 200 MCQs comprising of Physics (50), Chemistry(50) and Biology (100) • Every correct answer will be awarded 1 mark • No negative marking • The medium of examination will be English • Syllabus for Asso CET-2009 will be same as of the subject of Physics, Chemistry & Biology of HSC Board of Maharashtra for the year 2007-08 syllabus will be displayed on website.

Jawaharlal Institute of Post-Graduate Medical Education and Research

Applications are invited from Resident Indian Nationals for admission to MBBS Course for the Session 2009.

Application procedure: Prospectus and Application Forms (Scannable & Non Scannable) can be obtained on cash payment of Rs.750/- (Unreserved & OBC) and Rs.500/- (SC/ST) from only The State Bank of India, JIPMER campus branch from 25.02.2009 to15.04.2009, The bank timings when the applications will be available are 10.00 am to 4.00 pm on all working days (Monday to Friday) and from 10.00 am to 12.00 noon on Saturdays.

Application forms can also be had from Professor (Academic), JIPMER, Puducherry-605 006 up to 8th April 2009 through postal requests, accompanied by a M.I.C.R. Bank Draft of Rs.750/- (Unreserved/ OBC) and Rs.500/- (SC / ST) drawn in favour of "Accounts Officer, JIPMER" payable at any Nationalized Bank in Pondicherry (Union Territory).

Two 13cm width X 7cm height self addressed labels must accompany the postal request for correct delivery of the Application Forms.

JIPMER MBBS 2009 applications can also be submitted by an ON-LINE process (internet based) by accessing the Website: www.jipmer.edu.in from 25-02-2009 to 08-04-2009. The candidates should first pay the non-refundable application fee of Rs.750/- (Unreserved/OBC) and Rs.500/- (SC/ST) by obtaining a demand draft as mentioned above.

The draft details are required while filling up on-line form. Candidates are required to take a print out of the on-line application form with the number after successful submission of data. The printed Form with candidate's signature, left fingers print, photograph endorsed by Gazetted Officer and the Demand Draft must be sent by Speed Post so as to reach the Professor (Academic), JIPMER, Puducherry-605 006 by 15th April, 2009 , 4.00 pm.

Attested copies of recent OBC Non-creamy layer Certificate / SC/ST certificates / Medical Certificate in support of Orthopedic disability must be enclosed with the application forms wherever applicable. These certificates are required in the format prescribed in Prospectus and obtained from competent Revenue / Medical authorities on or after October 2008. Failure to enclose these certificates will render the completed applications (both Off-line and On-line) ineligible for entrance examination.

Note: On-line applicants will be issued Hall Tickets for Entrance Examination only after receipt of on-line form completed in all respects with necessary enclosure and appropriate Demand Draft by the Office of Professor (Academic), JIPMER. Unsigned / Incompletely filled-in applications

Applications are invited for admissions to a 3-year Part-Time (Evening) MBA Program with focus on 'Technology Management' designed to impart management education to working executives. For Fellow Programme:

Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering/ Technology, Management, Economics, Commerce, Social Sciences, Medical Sciences, Life Sciences and Pure Sciences with First Class. Prospective candidates can look into the detailed areas of research given in the Institute website or brochure. Project / work experience in these areas would be preferred. Those appearing for their final examination in the respective disciplines can also apply.

Industry Sponsored candidates with the above eligibility and a minimum of two years experience at executive level can also apply under external Category. They will have to stay in the campus for six months to undergo full-time course work. No financial assistance is available for the external category candidates.
