SC/ST/BC/ Muslim Minority candidates are exempted from paying tuition fee if their parental income from all sources is less than Rs.1,00,000/- per annum. The income certificate issued by M.R.O. after 1-1-2008 will alone be accepted. In addition to the Income Certificate, candidates have to submit the salary certificate of their parents who are employed. Fee shall be remitted in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Convener, ICET-2008 Admissions payable at Hyderabad or in cash at the bank counters available in all venues. Fee shall be paid in full at the time of counseling and no part payment will be accepted.
Candidates are informed that they should satisfy the admission rules prescribed by the respective universities and should be prepared to pay the Tuition Fee as applicable.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR CANDIDATES
1. CAT ‘All means OC/BCA/BCB/BCC/BCD/BCE/SC/ST categories to consider them under OPEN as well as category seats under G.O.Ms.550.
2. The allotted candidates need not come for counseling in subsequent phases as they can give option for sliding upto notified date on Web from any place or notified helpline centers situated in each district. Each candidate will be issued password on scratch card with provisional allotment for giving options on Web / Helpline centers.
3. Candidates are required to bring their e-mail address for receiving final allotment letter on internet.
4. OPEN category and cast reservations category as per G.O.Ms.550 allotment will be on the same day. The caste reservation category student can take admission under OPEN category followed by reservation category on the same day.
5. This notification itself is a call for counseling. No separate call letters are sent to the individual candidates. Candidates may have to stay a day extra if necessary.

Eligibility
Nativity: Candidate should be an Indian citizen of Kerala origin.
(a) Candidate seeking admission to the course should be a Graduate in any faculty of any University in Kerala or of any other Universities, recognized by any of the Universities in Kerala as equivalent thereto.
(b) A candidate who has passed the Bachelor’s Degree examination with a minimum of 40% marks in aggregate (ie. 40% marks for all the parts of the Degree Examinations taken together) shall alone be eligible for admission to the 3 year LL.B course. However, candidates belonging to the Scheduled castes/Scheduled Tribes need only a pass in the qualifying examination with 35% marks.
(c) Candidates who are appearing / appeared for the qualifying examination (regular examination of 2007-08 academic year) are also eligible to apply for the Entrance Examination. Such candidates become eligible for admission only if they produce the Provisional / Degree certificate of the qualifying examination and the mark lists of all parts of the qualifying examination at the time of Centralised Allotment Process.
Age: There is no upper age limit for admission to the 3 year LL.B. Course.
How to apply
(i)There will be separate Application form for General and SC/ST candidates. The Application form and Prospectus can be downloaded from the Official website of the Commissioner for entrance Examinations”cee-kerala.org.”
(ii) Application forms duly filled in together with the documents, should reach the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Housing Board Buildings, Santhi Nagar, Thiruvananthapuaram 695001, before the time and date specified by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.





Application should be accompanied by a Demand Draft for Rs 600/- for General Candidates and Rs 300/- for SC/ST candidates and those eligible for SC/ST benefits drawn on a Nationalized Bank, in favour of Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, payable at Thiruvananthapuram. Late or defective applications will not be considered under any circumstances.

Note

Admission to the course shall be done through a Centralised Allotment Process to be conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations at notified Centers. Information regarding the time, date and place of the Centralised Allotment Process will be notified by the Commissioner, through print and electronic media, after publication of results. The schedule for CAP will also be available in the website “cee-kerala.org”.
