Application Form - How To Apply
Prospectus-cum application form can be obtained on payment by cash of Rs.150/- or in case by post Rs. 200/- by way of Demand Draft in favour of “Apparel Training & Design Centre” (ATDC) payable at any ATDC Centers.
Application form duly filled in along with course fee by way of Demand Draft at any of the ATDC Centers latest by 30th July, 2011.
