Application forms and other details are available on website: www.gtu.ac.in . Eligible and interested candidates should apply in the prescribed application form available on the website along with the relevant documents and a demand- draft for Rs.500/- in favour of “ACPC MBAMCA A/C “payable at Ahmedabad so as to reach the committee by 29/7/2011 in person or by registered post only.

It is mandatory to produce the migration certificate from the competent authority along with application, which may be noted.

Important Note

Merit list of the eligible candidates shall be placed on the website on 30/7/2011 .Counseling program will be held on 1/8/2011 from 11.00 a.m. at Gujarat Technological University, Ahmedabad.

No individual call letter will be issued. Candidates, whose names appear in the merit-list, shall remain present with all original documents & necessary part fees (Rs. 1500/- for Govt. & Grant-in – aid institutes and Rs. 20,000/- for self-financed institutes ) at their own cost. The candidate without original documents shall not be allowed to take part in the counseling.

Admission to Diploma in Engineering Part Time Courses

Applications are invited for admission to the following Part time (Evening) Diploma Courses in various Polytechnics for Academic Year 2011 -12:

Part time Diploma Courses in
Automobile Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering
(4 years duration)

Eligibility Criteria

(a) Passed in 10th class of 10+2 System or Matric or any other examination recognized as equivalent to 10th class examination, conducted by CBSE. The subjects Science, Mathematics and English are compulsory and the candidate should have passed in these three
subjects without considering grace marks. AND

(b) Passed NCVT/SCVT from ITIs/ITCs/ Apprenticeship Certificate Exam of analogous Diploma course without considering grace marks.
OR

Passed 12th class examination of analogous 10+2 Vocational Stream of CBSE or equivalent, without considering grace marks. AND

(c) The candidate should be employed/ self employed on the day of
submitting the application form.

Application Form - How To Apply

The Prospectus with application form for the admission will be available from Pusa Polytechnic Pusa, New Delhi-110012; Aryabhat Polytechnic, G.T Karnal Road, Delhi- 110033 and GJB Pant Polytechnic, Okhla, New Delhi- 110020 on payment of Rs. 100/- in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of DDO, Aryabhat Polytechnic payable at Delhi.

The Prospectus and application form will be on sale from 11th July 2011 to 22nd July 2011 between 10.00 AM to 4.00 PM on all working days (including Saturday). Separate application form should be filled up for each course.

Applicants from outside Delhi may download the application form from the website of the Department (http://tte.delhigovt.nic.in) and submit the same along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 100/- drawn in favour of the DDO, Aryabhat Polytechnic, payable at New Delhi (towards the value of the prospectus cum application form).

The application form should be submitted at Aryabhat Polytechnic latest by 4.00 PM on 22nd July 2011.

Rajasthan Pre Engineering Test (RPET) -2011

Admission to B.Arch Courses


Applications are invited from eligible candidates of Rajasthan Domicile, out of Rajasthan Domicile and the wards of Kashmiri Migrants for admission to 1st year of B. Arch courses.

Eligibility Criteria

The Council of Architecture has laid down the following academic qualifications for admission to 1st year of B. Arch courses:

a. 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Board with Mathematics as a subject of study by securing 50% marks in aggregate. OR

b. 10+3 diploma (any stream) recognized by Central/State Govt. with 50% aggregate marks. OR

c. International Baccalaureate Diploma, after 10 years of schooling with not less than 50% marks in aggregate and with Mathematics as compulsory subject of examination.

For the candidates belonging to SC, ST and OBC categories, the eligibility of aggregate marks is 45% marks in the above mentioned examinations. In addition to this, other benefits as provided by the Govt. of India and respective State Govt. to the SC, ST, OBC, Women, Economically Backward, Ex-Serviceman, Physically Handicapped students as applicable to them for pursuing the B. Arch. Degree course would also to be extended.

All admissions to B.Arch. degree courses shall be subject to passing of National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by Council of Architecture (COA). The minimum pass score for NATA is 80 out of 200 for all categories of candidates. There is no relaxation in the minimum pass score of NATA to any category of candidate.

Age Limit : Only those candidates whose date of birth falls on or after October 01, 1986 are eligible. However, in the case of Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Physically Handicapped (PH) candidates, upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years, i.e. SC, ST and PH candidates who were born on or after October 01, 1981 are eligible. Date of birth as recorded in the Secondary School mark sheet / certificate will only be taken as authentic.

A. Rs. 1000/- as Application form fees (Non Refundable)
B. Rs. 10000/- to be adjusted against admission fees. (Forfeited if candidate deny to join in the allotted institute as per Option Form and merit.)

1. Option form duly filled in by the candidate in original.

2. Attested photo copy of Pass Mark sheet of 10th , 11th and 12th class.

3. Attested photo copy of NATA score card.

4. Attested photo copy of certificate of your concerned State domicile.
