CELTA British Council Admission 2012

Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults offered by British Council in India offices based in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai. The course duration is 120 hours covered over 4 weeks. CELTA is recognized qualification to teach English to non native English speakers.

Career in MPO

BPO, KPO, LPO and Now MPO i.e Marketing Process Outsourcing is the buzzword. The Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) and Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) were depends on foreign based clients from Europe and Americas mainly. However, MPO will be primarily driven by home based customers.

An MPO looks after complete marketing sales and advertising for its clients, often times these clients come from small and medium business. Thus MPO is a business out of business similar in the lines of BPO. Mainly those clients look for MPO services those are still growing and lacks in infrastructure and human resources. For example CMO axis is a Chennai based MPO, the company offers services like Outsourced marketing office, Sales and Marketing advisory, Design services outsourcing, Web and online marketing Etc.

I visited the career section of CMO Website to check what careers they are offering and what qualification required. At present job offerings are available for Management Graduates and other graduate and post graduate with excellent communication skills. Small businesses and Medium sized business are growing at a rapid pace, not mainly because of unemployment but mainly because of self satisfaction that an enterprise offers. With the growth of business we can expect that many such MPOs shall appear in future to help other business in marketing and advertising. An MPO can be seen as a new opportunity to management graduate in particular and everyone in general in coming days.
