How to plan for correspondence bachelor degree course when working a full time job

Are you working full time but looking to earn a bachelor degree? A correspondence course might be the answer for you.
Enrollment in a correspondence course is pretty easy,  online course is also an option. However,  failure rate is very high in correspondence courses and online degree programs in India.
Often candidates join a course but either complete in very long time or leave the course midway.
Excuses can be any and many; I don't have enough time,  my job takes many hours,  my partner is more demanding,  my examiner give very less marks for answers,  you can put the blame on any for your failures.
Planning is important while trying to achieve anything so does your degree program.
Here is how to plan for a degree while working full time
1. For how many hours you are truly free after job hours? If you are not sure make a schedule and note down your free time. Observe your free time average versus work days.  You will get an average how many hours you can truly devote for the course work.
2. Speak to your employer,  HR person,  tell them,  you willing to complete a degree.  Perhaps during exam days you may need leaves. People will support you in your endeavors.
3. Check course prospectus. Every course mention how many hours you need to complete a course work.
4. Chose your subject wisely.  May be you are passionate about Mathematics but what is your level of competency.  Chose for a course in which you are truly competent.
5. Be regular,  when starting a course,  dedicate your time daily.  Regular and consistent study is the key of your success in degree.

Let's promise to finish gender divide this Republic Day

26 January is a big festival.  When India celebrates world watches.  Rajpath in New Delhi welcomes guests in style.  Army,  Navy,  Indian Force shows its strength.  Children sing National Anthem.  VIP,  VVIPs and public gathers in the lawns of India Gate for the party. Police forces has loads of security arrangements to do. 26 Jan is national holiday,  eyes are glued on television and youtube.  Media gets hot news for TRP. And all this ends in few hours often listening heroic stories.
The big question is,  is this national event so small.  Why every year message end o  the same note? Why we not give a message of change to our children?
Children are the torch bearer.  They become doctor because we tell them they can earn money from this profession. Children become parents because we tell them raising kids is important for life. Children become politician because we tell them politicians are powerful. The list is endless.
What we ask for our children do when we convey a positive message.
If our message is so powerful why we not tell our girls that they are human,  has equal rights and responsibilities.  Why we not tell our boys that they are not superior but equal.
Charity begins from home.  We ask in homes for a glass of water from girls but why we not ask our boys to help in car wash?
There should be a clear message in our homes that girls have caring hands,  they are designed by nature to do tasks that require much care.  That's why we ask for a glass of water from daughters.  Car wash require little rough hands so help is expected from boys.
Do not believe in my words,  on a Sunday,  ask for car wash from your Son,  next time ask for it from your daughter,  I am pretty sure she will do better job.
Better worker need better reward. Else they leave the job and company suffers losses not the other less better worker.
Human society is like a company,  everyone has a role,  it's our responsibility to trap the potential of every individual and make good of it.  We can make it possible by making small changes in our homes,  offices,  schools,  societies and playfields.
Gender divide is an epidemic,  it's eating silently our true potential,  we cannot leave behind world's half population and grow.
For a true growth we need to make real changes. And we can make it happen through positive messages.
Let's start this change now.
Happy Republic Day.

13 tips to survive job recession

You lost your job?  Congrats!!!
If you will die because of job loss I will come with flowers on your funeral.  You love scents of flowers.  Sadly you won't be alive to feel the aroma.  But guests at your funeral will enjoy its fragrance.  Blame our nostrils,  we will be sad in your absence but your dead body won't give any hope so we will burry it and embrace the flowers.  Fragrance is alive it gives hope.
No body ever die because of job loss so you also not.
Accirding to latest media news 50000 telecome sector employees in India may loss job and next could be you.
After losing a job negative thoughts are obvious but you should be life ready and only job ready.  If you loss your job embrace it and move on with a smile.  Rebegin,  rebuild,  restart.

Here are few tips to survive a job loss

1. Learn New Skills
See market trends what sells there.  Learn those skills.  It's not must that you will get new job in the same sector from where you lost.

2. Start a small business
Do not spend your savings.  Indeed find a product that has demand in market but may be in short supply.  Start selling.  Do alpha testing,  try selling couple of products and fix on one from which you can make better money in less time and efforts.

3. Celebrate your job loss
People do not like mourning. So not your friends and family.  You have lost a job and  not the world.  Celebrate.  You can do it on budget.  Everyone will know you are a free bird now.  An opportunity may come your way.

4. Cut expenses
Charity begins from home.  Cut your expenses first,  your wife and children will know.  Don't scold them for money.  Indeed ask for support.  You can tell them to not use car for few days till you set a new source of earning.  Believe me everyone will support you.

5. Do not give ears to gossips
Gossip mongers like to defame you.  Your job loss will be masala news among neighbors and relatives.  Do not react,  let them speak.  What are you going to loss if someone speaks ???

6. Update your resume
Apply for a new job.  Set for the less. Grab a job so you do not need to spend professional savings. However sign agreement with care.  Hire a professional.  If you are setting for less notice period shall not be more than one or two months.

7. Volunteer
Finding a reliable NGO is a nightmare.  If you find one,  good,  else give training to people in your community of what you know or volunteer for a cause like cleaning,  hygiene,  environments or anything within your reach.

8. Seek help
Do not be shy in telling,  you lost your job.  Family and friends will support you. Seeking help is good choice.  Everyone needs help,  you are not one.

9. Do not borrow money
When you borrow money creditors will come to your doorstep asking for repayment. Do not do that.

10. Borrow ideas
Every idea is worth if implemented with care.  Go to market places.  See what you can sell,  an skill or a product.  Go early instead of waiting for a new job coming your way.  Perhaps you may grab a job too.  Stay energetic,  stay blessed.

11. Makeover your resume
If you cannot write take help of a resume writing service.

12. Follow your passion
Love swimming???  Go for it.  It's time to enjoy some freeness instead of being an obedient Alsatian.

13. Travel
How long gone when you met your childhood friend.  Go,  meet,  share memories.  Do not make them sad by showing your horse like face but be true and politely inform about your job loss.  Perhaps you will get a reference.

If you are fired,  this does not necessarily you incompetent,  reinvent,  discover yourself,  carry a positive attitude,  finding new job is not really tough.  Yes,  it takes time and efforts sometime less other times more.  Patience and determination are the keys in the hard times.

Google IT Support Professional Certificate

Are you looking for Job in IT Support? Are you job ready? Perhaps you are or may be or may be not. But companies look for seal, your skills are under utilized without a seal. In my opinion university degree is not important to everyone, if university degree so costly why to earn it.
