DU's FYUP Rolled Back

It's official now! The University of Delhi (DU) has announced roll back of FYUP. This has done as per the directives of University Grants Commission (UGC) of India. The admission to Under Graduate (UG) programme across all DU Colleges shall be made as it was effective under the scheme of courses that were in force in the academic session 2012-13 in all the colleges of the University of Delhi. Part Diploma Engineering Admission 2014 In Delhi Polytechnics

Online applications are invited from Indian Nationals for admission to the following part time evening Diploma courses in Pusa Polytechnic, Aryabhatt Polytechnic and GB Pant Polytechnic affiliated to Board of Technical Education, Delhi for the Academic Session 2014-15.


Candidates seeking admission to Part Time Evening Diploma Courses have to apply online through the website www.parttimedipdelhi.nic.in

Online application window shall open from 20 June 2014,
Last Date for submission of application form is 7 July 2014till 4 PM
Submission of Application Fee through eChallan: 20 June 2014 - 10 July 2014 up to 4 PM

Non refundable application fee of Rs. 950/- and Bank Charges and Service Tax of Rs. 25/- are to be deposited by the candidate through e-Challan only.

The Facility of Payment through eChallan is only in Branches of Corporation Bank situated at Delhi / NCR / All Over India.

The duration of Part Time Diploma in Engineering Program (Part Time) offered through this notification is 4 years, distributed over 8 semesters. Following study disciplines are offered:

• Automobile Engineering
• Civil Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Electronics & Communication Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering

Eligibility Criteria

Passed in 10th Class of 10+2 System or Matric or any other examination recognized as equivalent to 10 Class Examination, conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The subjects Science, Mathematics, English are compulsory and the candidates should have passed in these 3 subjects without considering Grace Marks

And

Passed NCVT / SCVT from regular and formal trade through ITIs / ITCs Apprenticeship Certificate Exam of analogous* Diploma Course without considering Grace Marks

Or

Passed 12th Class Examination of Analogous* 10+2 Vocational Stream of CBSE or Equivalent without considering Grace Marks.

The candidate should be employed / self-employed on the day of submitting the application form.
