3. For PGD- Cad PE:
B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. Engineering (4 yrs.) in Mechanical, Chemical, Production, Polymer and Tool Engineering
4. For PGD-PPT:
A 3-Year Degree in Science with Chemistry as one of the subject
5. For PD-Cad PMD:
A 3-Year Diploma in Mechanical, Plastics/ Chemical Technology, Tool / Production Engineering, Mechatronics, Automobile Engineering, Tool & Die making, CIPET-DPMT or equivalent ; Max. Age: 24 Years
6. For PD-MM: A 3 Year Diploma in Mech./ Elect./ Electronics Engg./ Mechatronics/ Instrumentation Engg/Tool & Die making/CIPET-DPMT or equivalent ; Max. Age: 24 Years
7. For DPMT /PD-PMT and DPT/PD-PT: X Std. With Maths, Science and English ; Max. Age: 18 Years

Part-time – PGDM for Executives and Managers
Eligibility: The candidate should be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized University or hold a professional qualification recognized as equivalent to a Bachelors degree and should have secured a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate.




The candidate should have had full time work experience in Business / Industry / Government for a minimum period of two years.

The candidate should be employed at the time of applying for the programme.

Application procedure: Interested candidates are requested to obtain the application form available at the admissions office, LIBA, on payment of Rs.750/- payable by cash / DD (Rs.775/- by post) drawn in favour of LIBA, payable at Chennai.

Admission Procedure : • The admission procedure usually consists of a written test followed by a group discussion and personal interview held at LIBA, Chennai • The admissions committee will make a preliminary evaluation of applications received. Those short-listed will be asked to appear for a written test conducted by LIBA. • The LIBA Admission Test is of objective type and is designed to evaluate the candidate’s aptitude in areas such as verbal and quantitative skills, analytical reasoning and general knowledge. For further information, please refer to the prospectus. • Candidates can either appear for the LIBA admission test or the Management Aptitude Test (MAT) conducted by AIMA. Candidates who opt for the MAT, should attach a copy of the MAT score card along with the filled-in application form of LIBA. • Based on the scores of the written test, short-listed candidates will be called for subsequent rounds of group discussions and personal interviews to be conducted at LIBA. List of short-listed candidates will be displayed on the LIBA notice board few days after the exam and will also be notified mandate by post.
