Eligibility: Graduate of any discipline under 10+2+3/4/5 System of any recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks (in part lll in the case of Arts and Science degree / in applicable years of study of Engineering or other professional UG degrees).
For SC/ST candidates, a pass is enough. Candidates appearing for Final Examinations of Bachelor‘s / Post Graduate Degree Examinations may also apply irrespective of percentage of marks obtained so far (Subject to final results fulfilling the eligibility criteria).
Candidates must be 20 years of minimum age as on 01.11.2009. Test score of CAT 2008 is mandatory.
For Foreign students, presently studying in Indian Universities and for all other foreign students, submission of GMAT Score is mandatory.
Application procedure: Please write to the Convenor, Admission Committee, Department of Management Studies, School of Management, Pondicherry University, Puducherry - 605 014, with a crossed DD for Rs.200/- (only Rs.50/- for SC/ST candidates and no fees for Physically Challenged candidates)drawn in favour of FINANCE OFFICER, PONDICHERRY UNIVERSITY from any Nationalised Bank, payable at Puducherry, and a self-addressed stamped (for Rs.50/-) envelope (A4 size).
The application can also be obtained from the Pondicherry University branch of INDIAN BANK by remitting the above prescribed amount or downloaded from our website www.pondiuni.edu.in and submitted along with DD for the prescribed fee.

Eligibility: The minimum qualification for admission to the MBA programs shall be graduation from a recognized institution. (Degree Course of at least three years duration with separate annual / semester examination system) from any stream. Students appearing in the final year examination of the undergraduate class are permitted to apply, subject to the condition that they furnish their final graduation pass result not later than the date specified in the information brochure of the admission test.
Provided that there shall be a deduction at the rate of 5% per year for each year elapsing since the year the candidate has passed his / her graduation examination, subject to the maximum deduction of 15% in the scores of the candidate in the Written Test and each Oral Test taken separately.
