Eligibility Criteria
B.E./B.Tech in Electronics/Electronics & Communication/ Electrical/ Instrumentation & Computer Science or M.Sc. (Electronics).
Diploma students* may also be considered. Graduates with appropriate experience and final year students also may apply
Final year students have to include the copies of course completion certificate of their qualifying degree / diploma or copies of the mark lists up to the last semester / year . On the date of counseling / admission, he / she must produce the originals of course completion certificate mark lists up to the last semester / year examination.
Diploma Students will be eligible only for Advance / Diploma in VLSI and Embedded Hardware Design.
Application Procedure
Procedure for Online application: Students can apply online by filling up the online application form. The students are first required to obtain the DD for Rs.1000/- towards advance fee and Rs.500/- in case hostel is required. The students are required to fill the details with regards to the DD Number, Date and amount.
The students are requested to note down their registration number allotted after pressing the "SUBMIT" button and forward the demand draft mentioning their name and their online registration number. Online registrations not containing the advance fee details will not be considered for registration.
Procedure for applying using the Application form: The students can download the application form from our web site and fill the particulars and forward the same to the Training Officer along with the requisite fee as mentioned above.
Filled in application forms and Demand Draft should be sent to the Training Officer, DOEACC Centre Calicut, P. B. No. 5, NIT Campus Post, CALICUT - 673 601, Kerala.
The Name of the Course Applied for should be super scribed on the top of the cover in which the application form is forwarded.

Submission of Online Option/Preference Form for CAP Round-I, II & III and the Counselling Round of Admission (CAP Round-IV) of the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) for the Academic Year 2010-11
This Notification is being issued only for those eligible candidates (whose names are appeared in the Final Merit of MBA/ MMS/ PGDBM/ PGDM ) to be admitted to seats available for respective CAP rounds of admission in First Year of Post Graduate Degree courses in MBA / MMS/ PGDBM/ PGDM in the institutes participating in the CAP for the academic year 2010-11.
The Candidates who are eligible (as per rule no. 2.1, 2.2 & 2.3 mentioned in the information brochure) for admission to First Year of Two Year Full Time Post Graduate Degree Courses in MBA/ MMS/ PGDBM/ PGDM are required to submit the Online Option Form for various CAP rounds on website www.dte.org.in/mba through their login ID.
Candidates are required to submit and confirm the online option form by himself/herself (candidates are not required to go to ARC for verifying & confirming online option form). Once the candidate confirms his/her Option/preference form online through his/her Login ID for the respective admission rounds, will not be able to change the option/preference submitted under any circumstances.
Separate lists of candidates eligible to participate in each of CAP Round II, III & IV, will be published on the website as per schedule and shall be subject to the 'Rules of Reporting' set out in the Annexure-I of the information Brochure.
• Candidates are required to pay Rs.50/- in cash as a facilitation fee for each of CAP Round I, II and III at ARC if the facilitation of ARC is availed by the candidate for submitting the online option form.

• Stream SP (Basic Sciences)*: Students enrolled in XI/XII standard, I/II year (B.Sc./ B.S./ Int. M.Sc.) in Basic Sciences and I/II year B.E./ B.Tech./ B.Arch. during the academic year 2010 - 2011 and have secured a minimum of 60% (50% for SC / ST) marks in aggregate in the X & XII Standard Board Examinations. Students enrolled in the II year B.Sc./ B.S./ Int. M.Sc./ B.E./ B.Tech./ B.Arch. program must have secured a minimum of 60% (50% for SC/ST) marks in the year examination.
