The candidates are required to submit the application with all requisite documents mentioned in the application form along with a DD of ` 500/- drawn in favour of ‘Finance Officer, VTU, Belgaum.’

The Completed Application Shall be Enclosed With 7 Envelops, With Complete Address of 1) Candidate (3no’s) 2) Guide 3) Co-Guide (If Applicable) 4) Principal/Head of the Organization where Candidate Registers for Ph.D/M.Sc (Engg). 5) Parent College (If Applicable)

Admission to Master of Technical Education (M.Tech.Ed.) Programme 2011-2013 (Two Years (4 Semester) Full Time residential PG programme)

Eligibility Criteria

B.E./ B.Tech./ Equivalent degree (Ordinance 62 of Barkatullah University) in any branch of Engineering from a recognized Institution/ University.

A certificate mentioning Three years of teaching/administration experience in Technical Education System/Industry Organization having a bearing on technical education system is required.

Sponsorship is preferred from State/Institution/Organization.

Application form can be downloaded from our website www.nitttrbpl.ac.in and sent to NITTTR Bhopal, along with Demand Draft of Rs.750/- (Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty only) for General/ OBC candidates and Rs. 400/- (Rupees Four Hundred only) for SC/ST candidates drawn in favour of ‘Director, NITTTR Bhopal’, payable at Bhopal.

Applications are invited for admission to full-time/ part-time Ph.D programme being offered in University Departments of Periyar University and full-time/part-time M.Phil and Ph.D.Programmes being offered in the affiliated Colleges/Research Institutions of Periyar

Application Form - How To Apply

Application forms and prospectus can be obtained from The Registrar, Periyar University, Salem- 11

Application Cost:

1 .Rs.300/- (Rs.150/- for SC/ST / PH) for M .Phil programme.

2. Rs.300/- (Rs.150/-for SC/ST/PH) for Ph.D programme respectively

in form of Demand Draft in any nationalized banks in favour of The Registrar, Periyar University, Salem Payable at Salem.

Other modes of payment are strictly not allowed. A self-addressed envelope for Rs.40/- of size 28X13 cms has to be enclosed to get the application by post. Separate request has to be made for each programme. The envelope requesting application form may be superscribed "Request for Application Form for M.Phil / Ph.D Admission". Candidates appearing for final semester/ year examination can also apply provided they satisfy the eligibility conditions for admission at the time of joining.

The SC/ST candidates have to produce attested copy of PG degree Certificate (or) Provisional Certificate (or) PG all semester mark statement and Community Certificate along with the demand draft.

Ph.D applications can be obtained and submitted throughout the year for both full-time and part-time programme. Registration is available four times in a year-January, April, July, October.
