Applications are invited for Entrance Test (common for general and in-service candidates] for admission To Post Graduate Medical (MD & MS) Course, Post Graduate Diploma And Dental (MDS) Course in medical and dental government and private dental & medical colleges of the state of Madhya Pradesh, to be conducted by M.P. PROFESSIONAL EXAMINATION BOARD, BHUPAL as per details given bellow.

Eligibility Criteria

A : For Government Candidates
(1) The Candidate must be a bonafide resident of Madhya Pradesh.

Any one of the following conditions will be deemed to he included as bonafide resident of Madhya Pradesh :-

Living in M.P. continuously since not less then 15 years.

Living in M.P. continuously since last 10 years and having immovable property in Madhya Pradesh/ Industry / Business in M.P.

A11 employee / retired employee of Govt- of MP

An employee / retired employee of a Institution Corporation / Board / Commission under Govt. of M.P.

An employee of Government of India who is posted in Madhya Pradesh
since last 10 years.

An Officer of All India services belonging to MP cadre.

A person appointed in Madhya Pradesh by Hon'ble President of India / Hon'ble Governor of M.P. on Constitutional / legal post.

The candidate must have passed all MBDS / DDS examination from Medical / Dental College of Madhya Pradesh.

All PG Medical Students should be registered with M.P. State Medical Council to practice in the State of Madhya Pradesh.

Candidates must have completed compulsory internship from MCI / DCI recognize institution on or before 31st March, 2012.

B. For Private Colleges

The Candidate must be citizen of India AND

The candidate must have passed all MBBS / BDS Examinations from any recognized Medical / Dental College of India.

Eligible candidate must have undertaken studies in an institution recognized by MCI / DCI.

Eligible candidate must have completed compulsory internship from a
MCI / DCI recognized institution on or before 31.03.2012.

Eligible candidate must permanently be registered by Madhya Pradesh Medical / Dental Council (and or MCI / DCI) before joining the allotted college.

Eligibility Criteria

For MD/MS Clinical subjects, only those candidates who have not crossed the age of 30 years as on 31st December 2012 are eligible to apply. Date of birth as recorded in the 10th standard / school leaving certificate will be taken as authentic. Age relaxation will be considered for candidates with higher qualification in the concerned subject.

For MD/MS Non clinical and all Diploma courses age limit not applicable.

A candidate, who holds MBBS degree from a recognized Medical College included in the Schedules to the Indian Medical council Act, 1956 and has obtained full registration either from the Medical Council of India or any of the state Medical Council after completing compulsory rotating internship, shall be eligible to take this examination.

Candidates who, after passing the final qualifying examination (MBBS or the foreign medical degree recognized by MCI), if undergoing 12-month compulsory rotating internship /practical training and is likely to complete the same on or before 31st March 2012 can take up this examination, provided they can produce the full registration from the MCI or any State Medical Council within one month from the date of admission.

For MDS: A candidate, who holds BDS degree from a recognized Dental college and has obtained permanent registration from any of the state Dental Council, shall be eligible to appear for this examination provided the registration certificate shall be submitted before 30th April 2012.

For Nursing

The candidate should be a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife with any State Nursing Council.

The candidate should have passed BSc Nursing or BSc Hons. Nursing or Post Basic BSc Nursing with minimum of 55% aggregate marks from an Institution recognized by INDIAN NURSING COUNCIL.

Candidates should be medically fit.

Minimum 1 Year of work experience after basic BSc Nursing or prior or after Post Basic BSc Nursing

Birla Institute of Technology Admission to MBA Program

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to the 2-year (4-semester) full-time MBA programme 2012 at Mesra, and Extension Centres at Jaipur, Kolkata, Lalpur and Noida.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have appeared in CAT 2011 / CMAT 2012 and should have valid Score in CAT 2011 / CMAT 2012.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification of any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislatures in India or other educational institutions established by an act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of UGC Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India / AIU. This degree must entail a minimum of three years of education after completing higher secondary schooling [Class 12 or equivalent] (10+2+3 system).

Candidates with B.Sc. / B.A. / B. Com. qualification must have minimum 50% marks in average (40% for SC/ST) in graduation, marks to be computed as average of marks obtained in ALL subjects in which candidate has appeared [excluding optional subjects]. Percentage of marks for candidate with Honours degree will be computed on the basis of Honours’ subjects.

Candidates of other professional courses including BBA/BCA must have minimum 55% marks in average (40% for SC/ST) in graduation, marks to be computed as average of marks obtained in ALL subjects in which candidate has appeared (excluding optional subjects).

Candidates with qualifications acquired through correspondence or distance-learning programmes are eligible only if (a) the programmes are recognized by the DEC-IGNOU, (b) they have passed the qualifying examination at the time of applying, with minimum requisite marks in average calculated as per item above. They must enclose photocopies of pass certificate and marksheets of qualifying examination with their application.
