Applications are invited from distinguished or renowned persons in the field of Technical  Education for the post of VICE-CHAIRMAN, All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)
,  a Statutory Body under the Ministry of Human Resource Development in the Scale of Pay of Rs  75,500-80,000, Grade Pay-Nil by deputation/short-term contract for a term of three years or till the age of 65 years, whichever is earlier. Applicants should preferably be  below the age of 60 years at the time of closing date for applications.

VITEEE 2012: Results on May 4

The Institute of Technology Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE) 2012 will be declared on May 04, 2012.
The VITEEE 2012 shall be held on 21.04.2012.

There will be 238 examination centres across 112 Indian Cities and 2 centres in the Middle East. Also VIT offers scholarships under the VIT IGNITE Scholarship Scheme for toppers.
