The IISc, Bangalore and IITs declare Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2014 Result are declared on 28 March 2014 (Friday) 10 AM. The administering authority for GATE 2014 is IIT Kharagpur.

Attention of Outside State Candidates

The Diploma Entrance Test 2014 will be conducted on 18.05.2014 (Sunday).


The outside state candidates are eligible for admission to 1st Semester Diploma Engineering Course against 15% seats reserved in the Private Diploma Level Institutions.

They are also eligible for admission to 3rd Semester Lateral Entry (LE) course, subject to fulfilling the eligibility criteria mentioned in the DET 2014 Information Brochure at Chapter 3.1.E.

The applications will be received through online mode only upto 25th April 2014.
