The Indian Veterinary Research Institute conducts Walk-In-Interview for the engagement of young professional – two (02) Nos. in the CSF Laboratory, Virology Division and Division of Temperature Animal Husbandry (Animal Health), IVRI Mukteshwar under Dr. KK Rajak Scientist and Dr. M Shankar, Scientist respectively.


Essential Qualification for CSF Lab: Post Graduate or Graduate Degree Holders in Microbiology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Life Science with preferably 1 year experience in area of CSF Viral Diagnosis and Prohylaxis.

Essential Qualification for CSF Lab: Post Graduate or Graduate Degree holders in Veterinary Science to look after the animal health, treatment, diagnosis, necropsy etc.

Age Limit: 21 to 45 years with relaxation as per rules.

Emoluments: Consolidated @ Rs. 25000/- per month.

Interview: The Interview will be held on 5 July 2014 at 11 AM in the Division of Virology, IVRI, Mukteshwar.

Important: Candidates attending Interview should bring complete recent biodata, original and one photocopy of certificates and two passport size photographs.

The engagement is temporary on purely contractual basis for a period of 12 Months, extendable to a maximum of another term based on needs of the institute and performance of the candidate and will coterminous with the XII Plan.

No separate call letter for Interview shall be issued.

No TA / DA will be paid for attending interview.
