New Delhi: The Delhi High Court send a notice to CBSE in a response to a petition seeking scrapping of AIEEE examination held on May 1 after a paper gate that delayed the examination to 3 hours. A division bench of Chief Justice Dipak Misra and Justice Sanjiv Khanna sends notice to CBSE asking to respond by 18 May 2011. The court responded on a PIL that asked for cancellation of AIEEE exam held on 1 May and make it mandatory for all aspirants to reappear in a rescheduled AIEEE exam. It has to be noted that many students could not appear on May 1 after paper leak and delay in examination process as AFMC MBBS Entrance exam was also scheduled on same date in second shift.
