2. The Application Form and the information Brochure may also be obtained by post through a request to the Dean Students' Welfare, Ch. Charan Singh University, Meerut -250 004 (U .P.) along with a bank draft drawn in favour of the Finance Controller, C.C.S. University, Meerut as per details given below:

-Regular Courses: for SC/ST applicant @ Rs, 300/- and candidates of all other categories @ Rs. 400/-each

Self-Finance Courses: for SC/ST applicant @ Rs. 500/-and candidates of all other categories @ Rs. 700/- each.

BLDE University invites applications towards admission into MBBS program for Academic session 2008-09

Eligibility: Only those candidates who would satisfy or are likely to satisfy the following relevant eligibility requirements for admission to MBBS course will be considered eligible to appear for the UGET (BLDEUGET-2008) and subsequently for admission to the course.

Age: The candidate should have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st December 2008.

1. Candidates should have passed the qualifying examination which is 2nd PUC or 10+2 higher secondary or equivalent examination.

2. The last two years of study should have comprised of Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) with English as a compulsory subject.

3. The candidate must have passed these subjects individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% of marks taken together in PCB.

4. In addition, the candidate must have scored not less than 50% marks in BLDEUGET-2008.

5. Candidates belonging to SC, ST and Karnataka OBC, the marks obtained in PCB taken together in qualifying examination should not be less than 40% and also score not less than 40% in the BLDEUGET – 2008.

OPTION 3:

Online Submission of application is also possible on the University website www.banasthali.org .
This option is not available for applying to B.Ed./ M.Ed./ B.P.Ed. Programmes.

One must fill the form giving the DD No. for application fee of Rs. 500/- (Rs. 1,100/- with late fee after May 8, 2008 upto May 15, 2008). Only on receiving the draft, the application will be further processed.

Separate form is to be filled for each programme. For B.Tech.(CSE/EC /IT/BT/CE) one has to fill only one form but a separate form for B.Pharm.

Last date of submission of Admission Form :

For regular Applicants : 8th May, 2008 & (with late Fee of Rs. 600/-) : 15th May, 2008
