Eligibility Criteria: BE/BTech, Msc (IT/ computer Science / Electronics), MCA, Diploma (Computer Sc, Electronics) or equivalent of any of these. Graduates with PGDCA or equivalent or others with appropriate experience and final year students also may apply.

Application Procedure: Students can apply for the course/s by either filling up the online application form or by downloading the application form and forwarding the same to the Training Officer, along with DD for Rs.1000/-as advance fee* (non refundable in case the student is selected and not joining for the course. The advance fee shall be returned to the students who are not selected or have completed the training at our Centre, and the fee shall not be adjusted towards the course fees.
The DD should be drawn in favour of “Director, DOEACC Centre Calicut”, payable at SBI CREC branch.

NSIC Technical Services Center

Advance Diploma in Software Technology (2 years)

Contents: IT tools and applications, business systems, programming and problem solving thru C, computer organization, system analysis
and design, data structure thru C, introduction to DBMS, basic of OS, unix and shell programming, data communication and networking, introduction to OOPS thru java.

Eligibility: 12th PASS (those appearing may also apply)

Application Procedure: Admission on first come first serve basis, by submitting bio-data along with copies of certificates and fees by cash or D.D. in favor of NSIC Ltd- NTSC A/c. Service tax and caution money as applicable are charged extra. Reservation for SC/ST/ OBC/ P.H. as per rules in force.

Central Institute of Fisheries Nautical and Engineering Training

Admission to Bachelor of Fisheries Science (Nautical Science)- 4 year Programs with integrated practice and on board training on ocean going fishing vessel.

Eligibility: 10+2 with minimum 50% marks in English, 50% marks in Mathematics and 50% aggregate marks in other Science subjects. In the case of SC/ST students only a pass is required in the qualifying examination with above subjects.
Age limit : Minimum 17 years and Maximum 20 years as on 1st October, 2010.

Application Procedure: Application form and Prospectus can be obtained from the Director, CIFNET, Fine Arts Avenue, Kochi-16, on payment of Rs. 400/- (Rs. 200/- for SC/ST) by Demand Draft payable at Ernakulam only, drawn in favour of Sr. Administrative Officer, CIFNET and a self addressed and stamped (Rs.15) envelope (A4 size).
