Delhi Technological University (DTU) Admission Notice for Master of Technology {M.Tech) 2013-14 offered through various DTU departments.

The Delhi Technological University (DTU) formerly Delhi College of Engineering Established by Government of Delhi vide Act 6 of 2009 which has come in force with effect from July 15, 2009 with its notification in the official gazette. DTU is committed to attract best of minds for its faculty and students, ensure high academic standards and encourage research and innovation in the areas of relevance to industry and society. Applications are invited to following Post Graduate Programs for the session 2013-14 leading to the award of Master of Technology (M.Tech) Degrees.


Programs Offered -  DTU offer 22 M.Tech Programs in Applied Chemistry, Applied Physics, Bio-technology, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Environmental, and mechanical will be filled online wef 25.04.2013 through University Admission website www.dtuadmissions.nic.in The details of the M.Tech programs offered, Educational Qualification required, Seat Matrix, Application Form, and Procedure for M.Tech. Admission 2013-14 are available of the web address mentioned here. Separate Application Forms must be submitted for courses offered by each department. The reservation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD category will be as per approved policy of Government of Delhi.

GRI Admission 2013 Application Form can be obtained from the Deputy Registrar (Academic) either in person by cash payment or by post sending written request specifying the programme and enclosing a crossed demand draft drawn in favor of, The Registrar, The Gandhigram Rural Institute Deemed University, payable in Canara Bank, Gandhigram Rural Institute, Gandhigram Code (8500) or State Bank of India, Ambathurai, Code 3373 or any nationalized / scheduled bank in Dindigul. An additional payment Rs 50/- needs to be made in case of DD drawn from other banks.

HPSC HSC (Judicial Branch) Main Exam 2012 Announcement

Haryana Public Service Commission - Bays No 1-10, Block B, Sec 4, Panchkula

It is announced for the general information of the candidates who have applied in response to Advertisement No 03/2012 published on 17.12.2012 in various newspapers and appeared in the HSC Judicial Branch Preliminary Examination 2012 held on March 17, 2013 (Sunday) from 12 Noon to 2 PM at Panchkula and Chandigarh.


The Hon’ble Punjab and Haryana High Court has passed the orders dated 22.04.2013 in CWP No 8340 of 2013 Kuldeep Sharma Vs State of Haryana & Others which are reproduced as under-

We further direct the Haryana Public Service Commission shall issue forms to all candidates. The submission of application forms by the candidates shall be with the clear stipulation that the submission of the application forms by any of the candidates will not make them eligible to appear in the Main Examination. The application forms so submitted shall abide by the final decision of the writ petition.

The Last date for the submission of application forms for the Main Examination is hereby 30.04.2013 Candidates are advised to obtain their application forms personally from the Commission’s Office on all working days 9AM to 5 PM. The application forms will be supplied to the candidates on production of his / her Admit Card supplied by the Haryana Public Services Commission (HPSC) for Preliminary Examination. The candidates are further advised to submit their application forms complete in all respect on or before 30.04.2013, up to 5 PM personally in the Commission’s Office failing which their application forms will not be considered and rejected due to late receipt. The commission shall not be held responsible for any delay caused on part of the postal department or Courier Agency.

IP University MBA Disaster Management Weekend Program for Working Professionals 2013

Center for Disaster Management Studies (CDMS) – Guru Gobind Singh Indraprasths University (GGSIPU), New Delhi invites applications for MBA Disaster Management Weekend Programme for Working Professionals.


The course duration is 2 years; classes will be held on Saturdays and Sundays. 

Eligibility Criteria- Graduation or equivalent in any discipline with at least 50% marks in aggregate . At least one year post qualification executive / supervisory / teaching experience after graduation. No objection certificate is required to be submitted by in-service candidates at the time of admission from the current employer.

Selection Procedure- On the basis of academic performance and Personal Interview.

Fees- The course fee is Rs 81000/- for first year and Rs 75000 for Second Year.
