Imperial College Post Graduate Scholarships 2014 for Indian Students in UK

The Imperial College London offers scholarships to Indian Students for study of science, engineering and business. These scholarships are generously provided by the alumni and supporters of the Imperial College India Foundation.


Applications are invited from academically outstanding Indian Students to study on post graduate programmes at Imperial College London in the UK. These scholarships are offered in the areas of science, engineering and business.

No. of Scholarships: For entry in 2014 there is Only ONE scholarship and 2 FULLY FUNDED MASTER’S SCHOLARSHIPS available for Indian Nationals residing in India.

Study Disciplines: The College invites applications for study in the following departments:

Aeronautics, Bioengineering, Centre for Environmental Policy, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Civil and Environmental Engineering, Computing, Earth Science & Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Life Sciences, Materials, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics and Imperial College Business School.

Method of Selection: A committee comprising Foundation Members and College Academic Staff will select candidates.

Applicants will be accessed on both academic merit and financial need, and priority will be given to students who have not already completed a degree at a higher education institution outside India.

Notification of Date of Examination for POST CODE -70/09

Superseding all earlier notifications issued by the DSSSB, the Board will held One – Tier Objective Type Examination Objective Type Examination (Multiple Choice Questions) of 2 Hours duration for the following post code, on the date shown against each, as per New Examination Scheme approved by the Government and as per examination schedule given here under.


The detailed scheme of examination, test components, syllabus and general instructions for candidates in respect of these post codes are available at the official website of DSSSB i.e. www.dsssb.delhigovt.nic.in

Each question will carry one mark.
There will be negative marking and 0.25 marks shall be deducted for each wrong answer.

It is also notified that there is no provision of re-evaluation of Answer Sheets / Answer Scripts in the examination conducted by DSSSB.

• The e-admit card for post code 70/09 are being uploaded on the website of DSSSB i.e. www.dsssb.delhigovt.nic.in The eligible candidates may download their e-admit cards from the official website of the Board w.ef. 13.01.2014 (10 AM) to 01.02.2014 (11.59 PM)
• A list of eligible candidates have been uploaded on the website vide notice dated 03.12.2013

DTU MBA 2014 Admission Notification

The Delhi Technological University (DTU) New Delhi (formerly Delhi College of Engineering-DCE) invites applications for MBA 2014-16 to be offered through Delhi School of Management.

Eligibility Criteria: BE/B.Tech in any branch of Engineering / Technology with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA in aggregate or 1st Class Master’s Degree in Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics / Statistics / Computer Application / Electronic Science / Environmental Science / Operations Research / Computer / Information Science or Master’s Degree in Commerce / Economics.


Those who are appearing in Final Semester of examination may also apply.
