IFS Main Exam 2014: Exam Pattern, Papers and Marks

The Indian Forest Service Main Examination 2014 consist of written examination and an interview test. The written examination will consist of 6 papers of conventional essay type:
Paper I - General English: 300 Marks
Paper II - General Knowledge: 300 Marks
Paper III, IV, V & VI - Any two subjects to be selected from the list of optional subjects set out below. Each subject will have two papers. 200 Marks for each paper
Total marks for written examination: 1400 Marks

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) New Delhi declared Exam Schedule for Indian Forest Services Main Examination 2014. Following are given the subject wise exam dates.

Date & Day: 22 November 2014, Saturday
Forenoon Session: 9.30 AM to 12.30 PM
Subjects: General English

Afternoon Session: 2 PM to 5PM
Subjects: General Knowledge

Civil Services Main Exam 2014 Time Table

The Civil Services Main Exam 2014 is scheduled from 14 December 2014. Following given detailed paper wise time table. Examination will be held in two sessions, i.e. Morning and Evening
