When he / she completes 12th class and 2. When he / she completes undergraduate studies. Though this information is very common and not any rare.  In my days, this info was like a goldmine when I brought Directory of Entrance Exams by bright publisher. Today Internet is everything, but still I feel there are few students who need such a list and may be exclusive details too.
