Eligibility
For PGDIE: GATE qualified 1st Class Engineering/ Technology graduates in any branch. GATE Qualifiers get Teaching Assistantship @ Rs. 8000/- per month and contingency expenditure as per rules. Admission is based on Group Discussion and Personal interview with appropriate weightage to GATE percentile. Final Year Engineering / Technology candidates can also apply, provided they secure the qualifying degree with First Class before June 17, 2010.
Selection of Industry Sponsored Candidates with First Class Degree in Engineering /Technology (with a minimum of 2 years industry experience) is through Personal interview only. GATE score is not required for Sponsored candidates. No teaching assistantship is granted to ISP candidates. Only short listed candidates will be called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview at NITIE MUMBAI.
For Fellow Programme Masters Degree or equivalent in Engineering / Technology, Management, Economics, Commerce, Social Science, Medical Sciences, Life Sciences and Pure Sciences with First Class. Prospective candidates can look into the detailed areas of research given in the institute website or brochure. Those appearing for their final examination in the respective disciplines can also apply. Project/ Work experience in these areas would be preferred. Selection is based on the presentation on a tentative research proposal followed by Personal interview. Candidates from industry / Academia with above eligibility and minimum of two years experience may also apply.

Eligibility Criteria Candidates seeking admission to the PGDM programmes shall be required to possess a Bachelor’s degree (10+2+3 pattern) in any discipline of a University or equivalent thereto. Reservation for SC, ST, OBC (non-creamy layer) and physically challenged candidates will be applicable as per Govt. of India rules. Candidates appearing for the final examination are also eligible to apply, provided they complete it by October 31, 2010. In case the candidate fails to establish eligibility by this date, the admission would be cancelled and the fees will be forfeited.
Application Procedure Complete application in the prescribed format as given on our the www.iittm.org should reach the IITTM office on the address given latest by March 19, 2010 by post/ by hand along with a demand of Rs.800/- (Rs.500/- for SC/ST/PH) drawn in favour of The Director, IITTM payable at Gwalior. Those with valid CAT score may apply by April 26, 2010. On the envelope please mention in bold capital letters “Admission Application” on the right hand corner. Application forms received after the due date will not be considered.
Please Note: Admission to the programme shall be through an admission process of 100 points. A weight of 70% shall be for the performance in IITTM Admission Test. Another 15% points each are for Personal Interview (PI) and Group Discussion (GD) respectively. A candidate to be eligible to be considered for admission must participate in all components of the admission process, i.e., Admission test, GD and PI. Merit for the admission to the programme shall be determined by the institute. Candidates will exercise choice of programme and study centre during the counselling.
Admission test shall be organised at different notified centres on April 18, 2010.The test shall be of two and a half hours duration. Test shall comprise of multiple choice questions in four sections-language proficiency, general awareness, numerical ability and reasoning. Eligibility Criteria (i) The Applicant should be a Resident Indian National. (ii) The Applicant should have studied and completed their course in the schools located in India in the preceding two years (except for those admitted against the seats reserved for foreign students nominated by the Government of India). (iii) He/She has completed age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete the age on or before 31st December 2010, the year of his/her admission to the 1st year M.B.B.S., i.e. they should have been born on or before 01-01-1994, and is an INDIAN NATIONAL. (This criterion will be applicable also to candidates nominated by the Government of India. Request for relaxation from the prescribed age limit will not be considered for any category of applicants). (iv) The applicants should have passed the qualifying examinations in the manner mentioned below: (a) The Higher / Senior Secondary Examination or the Indian School Certificate Examination which is equivalent to 10+2 Higher / Senior Secondary Examination after a period of 12 years study, the last two years of such study comprising Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Botany and Zoology (which shall include practical tests in these subjects) and with English at a level not less than the core course for English as prescribed by the National Council of Educational Research and Training after introduction of the 10+2+3 educational structure as recommended by the National Committee on Education and (b) The applicant must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Botany & Zoology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Botany & Zoology at the qualifying examination. For Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe/OBC candidates, the minimum marks in the qualifying examination will be 40%. (c) The Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination other than those mentioned in the list appended in Annexure – I, will have to submit an Eligibility Certificate from the JIPMER before admission is finalised. Obtaining such an Eligibility Certificate from the JIPMER is essential to foreign nationals nominated by the Central Government for admission to JIPMER M.B.B.S. Course. Applicants who have appeared or will be appearing in the qualifying examination in March/April 2010 and whose results have not yet been declared can also apply for admission, if the other eligibility criteria (i), (ii) and (iii) are fulfilled.
Application Procedure i) The Prospectus with the Application Forms can be obtained against only cash payment of Rs.850/- for Unreserved/ Other Backward Classes Category (UR/OBC/P-UR/P-OBC)) and Rs.500/- for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe Category (SC/ST/P-SC) from State Bank of India, JIPMER Campus, Pondicherry-605006 on all working days up to 15th April, 2010, Thursday. This includes cost of Prospectus as well as Non-Refundable Examination Fee. Fee once remitted shall not be refunded under any circumstances. State Bank of India, JIPMER Campus at JIPMER is the only branch where the applications are sold against cash payment. Those candidates who are applying in the Off-line application forms obtained from this Institute through post or in person from State Bank of India in JIPMER have to send the filled-in application form along with the acknowledgement card kept in the envelope with their address duly filled. The application number should be written at the top in the copy of OBC/SC/ST and Medical Certificate. (iii) On-line Applications: JIPMER MBBS 2010 application can be submitted by On-Line process (Internet based) by accessing the Website: www.jipmer.edu.in link from 25-02-2010 to 08-04-2010. The candidate should first pay the non-refundable application fee of Rs.850/- (Unreserved/ OBC) and Rs.500/- (SC/ST) by obtaining a Demand Draft as mentioned above. The draft details are required while filling up on-line form. Candidates are required to take a print of single on-line application form after successful submission of data. The printed Form with the requisite signatures, photograph, attestations, left thumb print of the applicant and the demand draft must be sent by speed post so as to reach the Professor (Academic), JIPMER, Puducherry - 605 006 by 15th April, 2010. Attested copies of OBC/SC/ST certificates, Medical Certificate in support of disability must be enclosed with the Application Form wherever applicable. Failure to enclose these certificates will render the completed applications (both off-line and on-line) ineligible for Entrance Examination.

The DEMAND DRAFT should be drawn in favour of THE REGISTRAR, ANNAMALAI UNIVERSITY, ANNAMALAINAGAR - 608002 obtained on OR after 20.02.2010 from ANY BANK Payable at CHENNAI and a self- addressed KRAFT Envelope of Size 35 cm X 15 cm with Stamps affixed to the value of Re.15/-. candidates are advised to write their Name and Address on the reverse side of the Demand Draft.

Questions for the above Examinations will be based only on the Syllabi and Text Books prescribed for the Second year of the Tamil Nadu H.Sc. (Academic) Course. Admission will be made on the basis of Marks obtained in the relevant Subjects in the Qualifying Examination (H.Sc. OR Equivalent) and in the Entrance Examinations, with weightage of Marks 200 and 100 respectively. SC / ST Candidates desirous of obtaining the Application Forms at the concessional rates should submit e Certificate obtained from the Head of the Institution last studied / studying in the format given.
Age Limits : Not less than 21 years and not more than 30 years on 15th July, 2010. The upper age limit is relaxable for Scheduled Castesr / Scheduled Tribes/ Other Backward Classes and certain other categories of candidates to the extent specified in the Notice.
Educational Qualifications : Bachelors degree of a recognised University with at least one of the subjects namely Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology or a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Forestry or in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
Physical Standards : Candidates must be physically fit according to the Regulations given in Appendix-III of Rules for the Indian Forest Service Examination, 2010 published in the Gazette of India dated 20th February, 2010.

Application Procedure: The Commission proposes to make available online application submission for Indian Forest Service Examination, 2010 from 27th February, 2010 to 15th March, 2010 for which a separate notice is to be issued.
