11. Certificate in Sericulture (CIS)
12. Certificate in Water Harvesting and Management (CWHM)
13. Certificate in Beekeeping (CIB)
14. Certificate in Poultry Farming (CPF)

Eligibility: For Sl. No. 1: Graduation in Food Science/ Agriculture/ Dairy/ Veterinary/ Fisheries / Home Science/Hotel Management/Science with Chemistry/ Bio-chemistry or Microbiology as one of the subjects/ equivalent.

For Sl. No. 2 & 3: Graduation in any discipline.

For Sl. No. 4 to 9: 10+2/ Bachelor Preparatory Programme (BPP) from IGNOU

10th Pass may enroll simultaneously for both BPP and the Diploma programme.

For Sl. No. 10: 10+2 / BPP from IGNOU

For Sl. No. 11: 10th Pass / Non 10th pass having two years of experience in sericulture

For Sl. No. 12: 10th Pass

For Sl. No. 13 & 14: 8th Pass

Application procedure: The Common Prospectus shall be applicable to the above programmes. The same can be obtained from the Registrar, SRD, IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi-110068 and also from all the Regional Centres of IGNOU by sending Rs. 150.00 through a Demand Draft drawn in favour of 'lGNOU' payable at New Delhi/the city of concerned Regional Centre/or paying Rs. 100.00 in cash at the respective sale counters.

Admission form can be downloaded from the IGNOU website and submitted along with DD for Rs. 100.00 in addition to the programme fee.

PGDIM: Post Graduate Diploma In Industrial Management

PGDISEM: Post Graduate Diploma In Industrial Safety And Environmental Management

PGDITM: Post Graduate Diploma In Information Technology Management

Eligibility: Engineering/Technology graduates in any branch with first class (relaxable by 5% in case of SC/ST/PD candidates) and with valid CAT score (Common Admission Test).

Admission is based on Group Discussion and Personal Interview with appropriate weightage to CAT score. As per the Govt. of India rules, reservation of seats exists for SC/ST and PD candidates. In addition, reservation for OBC candidates belonging to Non-Creamy Layer is being implemented in the phased manner.

Application procedure: Interested candidates should apply to NITIE through on-line mode only :

1. Online Application: Candidates can fill the application form ONLINE. For details and instructions please visit NITIE's Official website: www.nitie.edu Application Fee of Rs. 1000/- (Rs. 500/- in case of SC/ST/PD candidates) and applicable bank charges can be paid in the form of challan (downloadable from NITIE website) in any branch of State Bank of India.

Hard copy of the filled-in On-line Application duly signed by the candidate should be sent to the address given below along with Institute’s copy of the challan and copies of the relevant certificates as mentioned in the Instructions.

2. For PGDISEM and PGDITM Courses: Few seats are available to Industry Sponsored Candidates. The candidates applying under the Industry Sponsored Category should also fill-in the Sponsorship Form. CAT is not required.
