DU Admission 2012 M.A. in Social Work

University of Delhi (DU) offers two year post graduate program MA in Social Work through Department of Social Work of the University. The admission guidelines for MA in Social Work 2012 – 14 academic years has notified
by the university.

 To apply for this program you need minimum 50% marks in bachelor’s degree examination under 10+2+3 scheme. Candidates it BA Honrs in Social Work requires 50% marks. Reservation is available according to government norms.


Selection Process DU Admission 2012 M.A. in Social Work


University of Delhi shall conduct Written Test and Interview for admission into M.A in Social Work 2012 – 14 Program. Only candidates qualified in written test shall be called for interview.

IFS 2012

IFS 2012 Indian Forest Service Exam shall be conducted by UPSC New Delhi across India from 14.07.2012
in following cities.

Agartala, Ahmedabad, Aizawl, Allahabad, Bangalore, Bareilly, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cuttack, Dehradun, Delhi, Dharwad, Dispur, Gangtok, Hyderabad, Imphal, Itanagar, Jaipur, Jammu, Jorhat, Kochi, Kohima, Kolkata, Lucknow, Madurai, Mumbai, Nagpur, Panaji (Goa), Patna, Port Blair, Raipur, Ranchi, Sambalpur, Shillong, Shimla, Srinagar, Thiruvananthapuram, Tirupati, Udaipur and Vishakhapatnam.

The number of vacancies available this year is around 85, reservation shall be given according to India government norms.

Indian National whose has attained 21 years of age and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following subjects are eligible to apply.

Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology or a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Forestry or Engineering Degree.
