Indian Forest Services Examination 2017 Final Result

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) declared list of finally selected candidates for the appointment in Indian Forest Services based on Indian Forest Services Main Examination 2017, followed by Personality Test and Interview. Total 110 candidates are recommended by the UPSC to Government of India. And here are the top 3 Rankers of IFS 2017

IFS 2012

IFS 2012 Indian Forest Service Exam shall be conducted by UPSC New Delhi across India from 14.07.2012
in following cities.

Agartala, Ahmedabad, Aizawl, Allahabad, Bangalore, Bareilly, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cuttack, Dehradun, Delhi, Dharwad, Dispur, Gangtok, Hyderabad, Imphal, Itanagar, Jaipur, Jammu, Jorhat, Kochi, Kohima, Kolkata, Lucknow, Madurai, Mumbai, Nagpur, Panaji (Goa), Patna, Port Blair, Raipur, Ranchi, Sambalpur, Shillong, Shimla, Srinagar, Thiruvananthapuram, Tirupati, Udaipur and Vishakhapatnam.

The number of vacancies available this year is around 85, reservation shall be given according to India government norms.

Indian National whose has attained 21 years of age and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following subjects are eligible to apply.

Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology or a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Forestry or Engineering Degree.
