IP University MBA Disaster Management Weekend Program for Working Professionals 2013

Center for Disaster Management Studies (CDMS) – Guru Gobind Singh Indraprasths University (GGSIPU), New Delhi invites applications for MBA Disaster Management Weekend Programme for Working Professionals.


The course duration is 2 years; classes will be held on Saturdays and Sundays. 

Eligibility Criteria- Graduation or equivalent in any discipline with at least 50% marks in aggregate . At least one year post qualification executive / supervisory / teaching experience after graduation. No objection certificate is required to be submitted by in-service candidates at the time of admission from the current employer.

Selection Procedure- On the basis of academic performance and Personal Interview.

Fees- The course fee is Rs 81000/- for first year and Rs 75000 for Second Year.

Shahu Jain Trust Need-cum-merit based Scholarships 2013

The Shahu Jain Trust, is a philanthropic organization founded by Smt Rama Jain and Shahu Shanti Prasad Jain. The trust announces the 2013-2014 Need-cum-merit based Educational Scholarships in the following categories-

A. Non-refundable scholarship for pursuing 

• Graduation and Post Graduation in all subjects
• Existing recipient of scholarship will have to apply again for continuance. 
• Scholarship amount ranges from Rs 150/- to Rs 1000/-

B. Loan Scholarships for Higher Technical Studies – Only 10 - 20 scholarships offered in this category.
These are strictly for technical subjects like Engineering, Infotech, Medical, MBA etc to be undertaken by graduates / post graduates in India. The loan amount is refundable in interest free easy installments after completion of studies. Loan amount maximum up to Rs 50000/- lumpsum per selected candidates.
