Visiting Students’ Research Programme (VSRP-2008) ; (May 16 - July 11, 2008)

TIFR offers summer programs exposing academically bright students to research in many areas of Biology, Chemistry, Computer & Systems Sciences, Mathematics and Physics (Astronomy & Astrophysics, Condensed Matter Physics & Material Sciences, High Energy Physics, Nuclear & Atomic Physics and Theoretical Physics).

Eligibility: Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics -

Pre-final year students of

(1) M.Sc. in Applied Maths, Astronomy, Biosciences, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics.

(2) B.E. / B.Tech with interest in Physics.

(3) Medicine / Engineering.

(4) Exceptionally bright B.Sc. students in Mathematics may be considred.

Computer & Systems Sciences -

Pre-final year students of B.E. / B.Tech. / M.E. / M.Tech. in Computer Science / Electrical Engineering.
