Eligibility: A pass in the Higher Secondary Course (10+2) or any other examination recognized as equivalent there to and fulfilling the following requirements

Eligible subjects of Study in the Qualifying Examination
1. Mathematics / Botany/ Biology as first subject
2. Physics as second subject
3. Chemistry as third subject
4. One Elective as fourth subject

AGE LIMIT:
Candidates should not have completed the age of 21 years on the first day of July of the admission year for all the courses. However, for Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes there is no age limit.


Application procedure: APPLICATION FORM BY POST: Application forms can be obtained by post from the Dean (Agriculture) and Chairman Admissions, Agricultural College & Research Institute, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore - 641 003, by sending a letter of requisition along with a Demand Draft for Rs.670/- (Rs.370/- in the case of SC/ST candidates) towards registration fee and postage with address label written in capital letters to which application is to be mailed.

BY WEB DOWNLOAD: Application can be downloaded from the website : http://www.tnau.ac.in . Those who are downloading the applications have to enclose a Demand Draft for Rs.600/- (Rs.300/- for SC/ST candidates) while sending their filled applications.

IN PERSON: Candidates can obtain the application form in person from the following colleges/ centers by paying Rs.600/- (Rs.300/- for SC/ST candidates) towards registration fee, by Cash /Demand Draft.
