Application procedure: The information brochure containing application form and other details is available on sale counter (Registration Branch) on payment of Rs.500/- (Rs.125/- in case of SC/BC candidates of Haryana) w.e.f. 30.10.2008 to 24.11.2008. The same can also be obtained from Asstt. Registrar (Regn.) upto 15.11.2008 by sending Demand Draft of Rs. 550/- (Rs. 175/- in case of SC/BC candidates of Haryana) in favour of "Registrar, GJUS&T, Hisar" payable at Hisar.

The application form and other details may be downloaded from university website www.gju.ernet.in also.

Such application must be attached with a Bank Draft of Rs. 500/-- (Rs. 125/- in case of SC/BC candidates of Haryana). Candidates applying for more than one department should submit a separate application for each department.

Note : Reservation is applicable for SC/ST candidates as per Haryana State Govt. policy. Candidates admitted for Ph.D. programme should have to stay in the University for Pre-Ph.D. course of one semester. Some Ph.D. Scholarships as mentioned in Column (4) above would be awarded to the whole time research scholars with a scholarship of Rs.18000/- per month and an additional amount of Rs.5000/- (contingency expenses).
