3. M.Tech. Information & Communication Technology
(Specializations in Intelligent System, Software Engineering, VLSI Design Wireless Communication etc.)
Eligibility: For admission to first year of MBA, candidate must have passed three years degree course from any university established by law, securing minimum 50% (40% for SC/ST) marks in aggregate.

M.Tech. Bio-Tech: Three year degree course in Science / Agriculture Science / Veterinary Sciences from a University established by law securing minimum 55% (45% for SC/ST) marks in aggregate and essentially having biology at 10 + 2 level.

M.Tech. Information & Communication Technology: Three year degree Course in Science with Mathematics from a University established by law
Securing minimum 55% 45% for SC/ST) marks in aggregate.
Application procedure: Apply on the prescribed form which can be obtained after depositing demand draft of Rs.1400/- (By Hand) for General / OBC candidates and Rs.700/- for SC/ST (plus an additional amount of Rs.100/- if requisition of application form is through Post) drawn in favour of “THE CHAIRMAN – ADMISSIONS (GPT - 2009), GAUTAM BUDDHA UNIVERSITY”, from the admission office of the University.
