Admission Notification for PG Diploma in Intellectual Property and Technology Management in Agriculture (PGD - IPTMA) – 2009 – 2010



The one year fully residential course offers opportunity to systematically study the subject of Intellectual Property (IP) and Technology Management in Agriculture.

Course Content : The course includes key modules on general management, intellectual property law and technology and innovation management covering topics on national and International policy as well as legal and administrative aspects including case studies. The course is also designed to provide an overall understanding of various stages of technology development and transfer in agriculture sector, intricacies of IP management and innovation life cycle process towards entrepreneurship development would be explained through appropriate tools and techniques.
Eligibility: Minimum of 60% or equivalent CGPA in undergraduate degree in any branch of Agriculture and allied sciences, engineering & technology (OR) Postgraduate in science and allied biological sciences. For SC /ST /OBC /PH (50% or Above)
Application procedure: • Application forms may be filled as per the format given along side or downloaded from website www.naarrn.ernet.in . The filled application form may be mailed by speed post or courier to the Director, National Academy of Agricultural Research Management (NAARM), Rajendranagar, Hyderabad - 500 407 along with the application fee.

• Application may also be sent through Fax (040-24581429 / 040-24581453 / 040 – 24015912) with a copy of the DD. Applicants sending through fax may retain the DD towards application fee and bring it to the test centre on the date of examination.

• Applicants eligible for the test will be informed through announcement on NAARM website and through phone/ email /post.
