Fee Counter, Sector 14, Chandigarh.

Forms can be had by Post from the Manager, Publication Bureau, Panjab University, Sector 14,

Chandigarh on payment of Rs. 1730/- (Rs. 905/- for SC/ST) through Bank Draft only dawn in favour

of the Registrar P.U., Chandigarh payable at Chandigarh only.

The prospectus including application form can also be downloaded from the website

www.uiams.puchd.ac.in , in this case, attach requisite fee of Rs. 1660/- (Rs. 825/- in case of

SC/ST candidates) in the form of a bank draft in favour of Registrar, Panjab University payable

at Chandigarh).
