Applications are invited for Entrance Examination for admission to the following courses (2009):

• B. Pharm.- I Year
• B.Pharm. II Year (Direct admission)
• B.P.Ed.
• M.C.A. `
• M.Sc. (Subjects: Physics, Mathematics, Microbiology, Environmental Science, Chemistry with specialization in Commercial Methods of Chemical Analysis)

Eligibility: (1) B.Pharm I Year: Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent examination in second division with Physics. Chemistry and one of the following as compulsory subject: Mathematics / Biology/ Biotechnology/ Computer Science.

(2) B.Pharm II Year (Direct Admission): D. Pharm. with 50% marks in aggregate.

(3) B.P.Ed.: Graduate with minimum 40%.
(4) M.C.A. : Graduate with minimum 50% marks and Mathematics as main subject at 10+2 level.

(5) M.Sc. (Mathematics. Physics, Chemistry) : Graduate with second division and minimum 50% marks in thc concerned subject.

(6) M.Sc. (Microbiology): B.Sc. in Biology Group (Chemistry, Botany, Zoology). B.Sc. in Industrial Microbiology Group (Chemistry, Botany, Industrial Microbiology /Chemistry, Zoology, Industrial Microbiology) or B.Sc. in Microbiology Group with minimum 50% marks.

(7) M .Sc. (Environmental Science) : B.Sc./B.Sc. (Agri.) with minimum 50% marks.

AGE Limits: For M.C.A./B.REd. maximum age will be 25 years (28 years for Sponsored candidates) as on 30.09.2009.

• Note: Candidates appearing in final year of qualifying examination may also apply. 5% marks shall be relaxed for SC/ST/Staff Ward/GKV Graduates in the restriction of minimum marks for all the courses.
Application procedure: Application form and Information Brochure can he obtained from the office of Registrar either by paying Rs. 500/- in Cash or by sending a Demand Draft of Rs.550/- in favour of Registrar, Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya payable at Haridwar. Candidates may also download application form and send completely filled in application form along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 500/-.
