Application form and prospectus will be available from the University Counter Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi, Hamdard (Wakf) Labs, Kankar Bagh, Patna: Books and Books, Hazrat Gan, Lucknow; Friends Books House,Shamshad Market, Aligarh; DSW Office, University of Kashmir, Srinagar; Centre for information and Guidance India (CIGI) Chevayur, Calicut; on payment of Rs.500/- (Rs.1500/- for Foreign National (FN)/ NRI/ Industry Sponsored Category).
However, candidates can also download the application form from the university website and submit the same as per the instructions given on the website.

Application form can also be obtained by post from the Assistant Registrar (Admissions), Jamia
Hamdard, New Delhi -110062 by sending a demand draft of Rs.600/- (Rs. 2000/-for Foreign National (FN) / NRI / Industry Sponsored Category) in favour of ‘Jamia Hamdard`, payable at New Delhi.

Filled in application form can be submitted at the University counter, or sent by post.
