Eligibility: For Sl. No. 1: 10 + 2 or equivalent in any discipline / Three year Polytechnic Diploma after 10th Class.

For Sl. No. 5 : Graduation. Lateral Entry to Second Year for PGDBM / PGDBA

For Sl. No. 8 : Graduation. Lateral Entry to Second Year for PGDMC

For Sl. No. 3, 4, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11: Graduation

For Sl. No. 2, 12: 10 + 2
Application procedure: Hand Book of information (HBI)/ Prospectus containing relevant information can be obtained from the office of the Director, University
Centre for Distance Learning, Chaudhary Devi Lal University, Sirsa-125000 (Haryana) on cash payment of Rs. 200/- (Rs. 50/- for SC/BC of Haryana) at counter.

These can also be obtained by Post by sending Demand Draft of Fts. 250/- (Rs. 100/- for SC/BC of Haryana) through crossed Demand Draft in favour of Registrar, Ch. Devi Lal University, Sirsa payable at Sirsa (Haryana).

The application form can be downloaded from the Website www.cdlu.edu.in and sent to the Director (UCDL) along with application fee of Rs. 200/- (Rs. 50 for SC/BC of Haryana).
