Eligibility Criteria
For Diploma in Advanced Computing (DAC)
BE/BTech, ME/MTech or Equivalent (AMIE, AIETE), B.Sc (Engg), MCA, MCS (After B.Sc), M Sc (Electronics, Instrumentation, Comp. Sc., IT), MCM (With B.Sc), MBA (Systems), BCS, B.Sc(IT), B Sc (Comp. Sc.), BCA, BIS (Bachelor of Internet Sciences), Bachelor Of E-Commerce.

For Diploma in Wireless and Mobile Computing (WiMC)

BE, BTech, ME, MTech or equivalent from any branch, MCA (with BSc)

Preferred students from BE, BTech in Electronics / Electrical / Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics and Telecommunication / Instrumentation Or

M.Sc. in Electronics

Application Procedure

Application form for the Common Entrance Test (CET),is to be filled online at http://acts.cdac.in (recommended). The non-refundable registration fee of Rs.500/- (for online) for the CET is to be paid by DD drawn on any nationalized bank in favor of ‘C-DAC, ACTS’ payable at Pune and sent to:

Candidates are required to give the details on the backside of the DD like Name of the Candidate, Registration ID, Form No, Contact No and the course applied for i.e. DAC February 2011 batch.

Printed Application Forms along with the instruction sheet are also available free of cost at all the Training Centres offering the DAC course. Candidates can fill in the printed application form and attach a DD drawn on any nationalized bank in favour of “C-DAC, ACTS” payable at Pune of Rs.600/-(for manual only) towards registration fees for the CET along with a recent passport size photograph and submit the same at any of the training centres offering the DAC course or the same can be sent by speed post / courier only to the address mentioned above.

For appearing for the DAC-CET, candidates are required to download & print the admit card.
