Eligibility Criteria

For MDS: B.D.S degree and completion of internship on or before 31.03.2011

For Master of Physiotherapy: Pass in BPT degree course

For Allied Medical Sciences : Pass in B. Sc Science group

For M.Sc. Biostatistics & Epidemiology: Graduates with a pass in M.B.B.S., Ayush, Engineering, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Dentistry, Veterinary Sciences. Arts & Science Graduates with 55% marks are eligible to apply.

** Candidates should have passed Mathematics at the Higher Secondary level

For MBA – M.PH. (Dual Degree – 3 years): Graduates with a pass in M.B.B.S, Ayush, Engineering, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Dentistry, Veterinary Sciences. Arts & Science Graduates with 55% marks are eligible to apply.

For Master in Occupational Therapy : Pass in B.O.T degree course

For M.Sc. Nursing: B. Sc Nursing with minimum 55% aggregate marks and 1 year experience. Post basic B.Sc Nursing candidates need not have experience. Should have registered in State Council of Nursing.

For MBA Pharma: Pass in B. Pharm / B. V.Sc/ M.V.Sc / M.B.B.S / MD with 60% in aggregate or 6.75 CGPA on a 10 point scale.

For MPH: Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine, Engineering, Dentistry, Ayurveda, Physiotherapy, Veterinary Sciences with 50% aggregate marks. Other graduates 55% marks.

For Masters in Pharmacy: Pass in B. Pharmacy degree course

For M.Phil – Clinical Psychology: MA / M.Sc. PG degree in Psychology with a minimum of 55% aggregate.

For Pharm.D: A pass in any of the following (examinations : (1) 10+2 Examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: Mathematics or Biology (2) A pass in D. Pharm course from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examinations. Provided that a student should be 17’years ot age on or before 31st December of the year of admission to the course.

Application Procedure

(1) Prospectus and Application form can be obtained by remitting, in person, Rs.1000/- for M.D.S and Rs.750/- for other courses. The candidate may also send a requisition letter along with a Demand Draft drawn in favour of ‘SRMIST‘, payable at Chennai, to the Director (Admissions).

(2) Application can also be downloaded from our website www.srmuniv.ac.in . Downloaded applications can be sent along with the appropriate Demand Draft to the Director (Admissions).

(3) Online registrations Candidates can register submit the application and pay the requisite fees online. The University shall not be liable for any postal delay or loss in transit.
