Application Procedure
The prospectus and application form will be available from 08.06.2011 on cash payment of Rs.200/-
Request for supply for application form by Post should be accompanied with a self-addressed envelope of 30X20 cms size with a stamp of Rs.75/- along with a demand draft for Rs.200/- in favour of “DIRECTOR, DIPSAR”.
Forms can also be downloaded from the institute’s website.
Completed application form along with attested photocopies of certificates, testimonials, photographs and demand draft should reach DIPSAR on or before 8th July, 2011.
