Eligibility Criteria
A Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 45% aggregate marks (40% for candidates belonging to reserved Categories). Candidate final examination of Bachelor’s degree are also eligible to apply.
Application Form - How To Apply
Application Form can be obtained
(A). from the University office on payment of Rs. 500/-(for Super-Speciality Programmes Rs.1000/-) in cash or DD
(B).Through a requisition letter with the name of course, opted for, detailed correspondence address with contact no. and email address, along with a demand draft of Rs.600/- (for super-speciality programmes Rs.1100/-) drawn on any nationalized bank, in favour of "Registrar, Dr. D.Y Patil Vidyapeeth Payable at Pune. Or
(c).By downloading from the university Website.(The downloaded form shall be submitted along with a demand draft covering Form Fee + Test Fee +Postage Rs.100/-).Fees Should not be sent by money order
Information Brochure can also be obtained from ANDHRA BANK BRANCHES for MBBS & BDS programmes from 18th February, 2012.
