Sale of Application Form : The Application Form with Information Brochure will be available from 11th June,2012 on payment of Rs.300/- at Biju Pattanaik Film & Television Institute of Odisha, Engineering School Campus, Medical Road, Cuttack-753007. Or it can be obtained through Registered Post, by sending Rs.300/- in shape of Bank Draft in favour of Principal, Biju Pattanaik Film & Television Institute of Odisha, Cuttack along with a selfaddressed stamped envelope (22 cm x 30cm) with postage stamp of Rs.50/-- affixed.

Or the Application form can be downloaded from website www.bpftio.org and send by Regd. Post to the office of the Principal alongwith a bank draft of Rs.300/- in the above address.

Last Date of receipt of Application Form : 30th June, 2012
Written Aptitude Test : 10th July, 2012
Viva-voce Test : 10th July, 2012 from 2.00 PM onwards and 11th July, 2012 at 10.00 AM
Counselling : 30th July, 2012 (Reporting Time - 9.30 AM to 10.30 AM)
Commencement of Classes : 2nd August, 2012

IMPORTANT : No separate intimation will be issued for counselling. All those candidates appearing both Aptitude test and Viva voce test are eligible to attend counselling.

Fees : For State Candidate Rs.24,500/-
For Outside State Candidate Rs.36,000/-

Courses Offered

Cinematography- No of Seats 20, Duration 3 years, Eligibility - 10+2 Science from any recognised board of education.

Sound & TV Engineering - No of Seats 20, Duration 3 years, Eligibility - 10+2 Science from any recognised board of education.

Film & Video Editing - No of Seats 20, Duration 3 years, Eligibility - 10+2 Science/arts/commerce from any recognised board of education.

10+2 Vocational in Photography / Electronics will also be considered for all the branches.

The State Council for Technical Education & Vocational Training, Odisha, Bhubaneswar will award dipoma after successful completion of course work.
