In collaboration with the Calcutta University, Bose Institute launched 2 Integrated M.Sc-Ph.D Programs in 2011 (Life Sciences) and 2012 (Physical Science). The Programs, approximately 6 years long, have been designed to make the transition from classroom to research laboratory seamless, with an exposure to ongoing global research activities from the very beginning.
Applications are invited for admission to the Integrated M.Sc-Ph.D Programs (Academic Session 2014-15) from motivated graduates with good academic record from any branch of science.
Not more than 20 students in Life Science and 8 in Physical Science will be admitted on the basis of academic record and performance in eligibility tests and interview.
The Last Date for Online Application Submission is: 13 June 2014
The session is scheduled to start from August 5, 2014.
During the First Two Years (M.Sc) all students will be offered a Fellowship of Rs. 9000/- per month provided the student secure 60% or more marks and attends at least 75% classes in each semester.
