Admission 2014: B.Sc Nursing 4 Years Degree Course
The Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGIMS), Lucknow invites application on prescribed format from eligible male and female unmarried candidates for Admission to B.Sc. Nursing 4 Year Degree Course for the Academic Year 2014-15. For more details log on to www.sgpgi.ac.in
Application Form should be filled in Online and a printed copy along with Demand Draft of Rs. 1000/- drawn in favour of Director, SGPGIMS, Academic Account, payable at State Bank of India, Lucknow Code No. 7789 and supporting documents / certificates should be submitted to the Executive Registrar, SGPGIMS, Raibareli Road, Lucknow by registered post / speed post / courier on or before 30 June 2014.
Entrance Test, MCQs Pattern is scheduled on 13 July 2014 from 10 AM at Central School, SGPGIMS, Lucknow.
Candidates are required to mention their email address and phone / mobile number in the form since information for the entrance test will be intimated through –mail.
No separate call letters will be sent by post.
The Director SGPGIMS reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason.
