Qualifications:
(a) Essential: (i) Post Graduate Degree from a recognized University / Institution with at least 50% marks or equivalent Grade
(ii) 10 years experience of supervision of office management / administration / finance and accounts / establishment etc in a senior position in a research institution / University / Government / Autonomous Organizations out of which at least 3 years experience in the scale of pay of Rs. 15600 – 39100 (PB-3) with Grade Pay: Rs. 6600 (As per with pay commission) or equivalent scale.
(b) Age: Below 50 years as on 1.1.2014
(c) Desirable: Conversant in use of Computers for Office automatation and handling in English and Hindi.
