(B) Through a requisition letter with name of course opted for, detailed correspondence address with contact no. and email address, along with a DD of Rs. 600/- (For Super-Specialty Programmes Rs 1250/-), drawn on any nationalized bank, in favour of “Registrar, Dr. DY Patil Vidyapeeth” payable at Pune OR (C) by Downloading from official website. The downloaded shall be submitted with a Demand Draft covering Form Fee + Test Fee + Postage Rs. 100/-
Late Fee for all courses shall be Rs. 250
