Type above mentioned web address in your internet browser hit enter or click Go. On the home page of UPSC Online Form Submission Website you will find two links, make Sure to click on ONLINE APPLICATION FOR VARIOUS EXAMINATIONS OF UPSC. A new page will open. The Application Form has two Section; i.e. Part – I Registration and Part – II Registration.
First complete the Part I Registration; A Registration ID will be generated. Next proceed to Part – II Registration. Fill the System Generated Registration ID, Provide Your Date of Birth and proceed to complete registration process for Part – II.

- Fees Rs. 200, you can pay using Net Banking facility of State Bank of India / State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur / State Bank of Hyderabad / State Bank of Mysore / State Bank of Patiala / State Bank of Travancore or by using any Visa / Master Credit / Debit Card. Female aspirants and candidates belonging to SC / ST / PH Category need not to pay application fee.
- Scanned Copy of Photograph and Signature in .jpg file format. Size of scanned images should not exceed more than 40 KB and should not be less than 3 KB for Photograph and 1 KB for Signature.
